Apart from the dry needle treatment (4 consecutive weeks), which seems to have been somewhat effective, not much else was done to reduce the burning pain in my neck and upper back. The exercices don't seem to improve anything. Maybe physiotherapy was not what I needed, despite my doctor's advice.
