Description
I’m Rachel, a Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a passion for addressing musculoskeletal injuries and assisting clients in returning to the life and activities they love. My practice has been shaped by a dedication to bridging the gap between traditional physiotherapy and strength and conditioning. Furthering my interest in under-represented groups in scientific medical academia, I pursued a Master’s in Kinesiology, exploring the effects of the menstrual cycle and hormonal fluctuations on training.
