Lauren’s interest in physical therapy started from being a patient herself. As a high level dancer, Lauren sustained a few injuries through her career. Her own experience and recovery from injury led to a passion of wanting to share rehabilitation knowledge and help others recover and prevent future injury. By focusing on specific goals for her clients, Lauren uses a combination of education, manual therapy and exercises to reach her client’s goals, and excel in doing what they love.
