Description
Registered Psychologist & Director of Collective Healing Centre. I help children, adults, and families move past "stuck" emotions by bridging the gap between mind and body. I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and utilize Talk Therapy and Somatic approaches to uncouple painful emotions from memories, allowing the past to feel like a story told rather than a trauma relived. For children, I integrate Play Therapy to resolve fears creatively. I bring lived experience to families navigating divorce, providing a non-judgmental space to regulate the nervous system and find balance.
