Description
There are times when we can feel like our ability to cope is limited. When we feel anxious, burned out, discouraged, disconnected. I respect the strength it takes to undergo therapy at such times. I will work collaboratively with you to understand what is keeping you stuck, reduce troubling symptoms, and to help you find relief. I welcome adult clients experiencing a range of concerns such as anxiety, stress, relationship issues, panic, phobias, PTSD, OCD, grief, life transitions, self-esteem and body image issues. If change is inevitable, what is the change you wish to see in your life?
