Description
Dr. Cripps’ primary theoretical orientation is cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) but she also integrates mindfulness-based interventions and acceptance and commitment therapy when appropriate. Treatment plans and goals are determined collaboratively and are tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Dr. Cripps provides assessment and treatment for a variety of presenting problems including mood and anxiety disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, sleep problems, as well as trauma and stress.
