Dr. Nirvana Maharaj has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She uses a genuine, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach when providing evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT and techniques from EFFT. She works from a strengths-based approach and provides assessment and treatment for clients who have experienced a variety of difficulties including: trauma, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, behavioural issues, emotional dysregulation, interpersonal problems and parenting challenges.
