Dr. Rebecca Stead specializes in working with adults of all ages who experience a wide range of psychological concerns, including depression, anxiety (e.g., social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder), obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, interpersonal problems, emotional dysregulation, chronic pain, insomnia, stress, and self-esteem challenges. Dr. Stead endeavours to provide empirically supported treatments. Dr. Stead is passionate about using a client-centered and strengths-based approach and she strives to provide a non-judgmental, warm, and safe environment.
