Description
We offer evidence-based CBT therapies for teens, adults & seniors facing a variety of mental health challenges. We also provide psychological assessment, testing for ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, among other conditions. We work with teens and adults. When we work with clients, we pay special attention to how elements of client's culture (gender identity, race, ethnicity, class and sexual orientation) inform who you are and what you are struggling with. Through evidence-based therapies, we use mindfulness, humour, and warm and committed styles. Dr. Reinhardt has a 3-6 mo waitlist (as of Dec 1, 2025).
