Description
One of my strengths in clinical practice is my adherence to treatments that have been demonstrated to be effective. In this regard, I have training and experience in applying multiple evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy and trauma and attachment informed care. In addition, I focus on your individuality and take into consideration your unique personal situation such as life experiences, coping style, and personality when meeting with you. My treatment plans incorporate my clinical skills with your individual requirements.
