Description
Carey works with individuals and couples who feel like painful emotions and relationship challenges are holding them back from building the life they want. She adopts a person-centred approach to help clients struggling with anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, trauma and PTSD, perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns, and negative relationship patterns. Carey uses therapy methods including cognitive-behavioural therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), emotionally focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
