Hey there! My name is Lily and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), currently accepting clients aged 16+. I am queer-identifying, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed. I have experience addressing concerns related to gender identity and exploration, self-esteem, anxiety, negative self-talk, depression, self-care, burn out, and relationships.
