Summary

We provide therapy to individuals (18+) who are seeking support and guidance. In person therapy is available in Ottawa. Virtual therapy is available for ALL of Ontario.

We use a holistic approach to help clients of various age, culture, and spirituality/religion overcome anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma (PTSD & c-PTSD), grief, interpersonal issues, burnout, and work-related stress. We listen closely to our clients to help them align mind, body, and heart in a way that feels right to them.
