You are doing your utmost best to keep it together in a hectic world with work stress, complex relationships, and unhealed wounds. Working together, we can understand the source of your emotional pain, increase your self-awareness and understanding and help you learn to self-validate. My belief is that you have the tools and wisdom you need to heal, already within you; my role as a therapist is to help you access it.
