I take pride in providing individualized and high quality mental health services in a safe, nurturing and nonjudgmental space to help individuals improve their overall wellbeing. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs, and individualized treatment plan as I believe everyone is unique and deserves to be heard, respected, and understood. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, OCD, adjustment dx, addiction, low self esteem, ADHD, anger issues, grief/loss, trauma, stress, difficulties with relationship/communication. I work within evidence based eclectic approach.

I am a Neurodivergent Affirming Therapist, and support individuals who struggle with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, emotional dysregulation/anger, self esteem issues, adjustment issues, relationship issues, and other behavioral, cognitive and emotional problems. I work primarily from a cognitive behavior and person centered therapy lens. I provide a safe, nurturing and nonjudgmental space so together we work to create a pathway to break the patterns that keep you stuck, and make sense of the well meaningful patterns to help improve your quality of life and overall wellbeing.
