As a mother and woman of colour, she understands the unique challenges of parenthood and intergenerational healing. She takes a collaborative, tailored approach, blending psychodynamic, attachment-focused, somatic, and CBT/DBT strategies to help clients uncover patterns, tune into their bodies, and prioritize their well-being.
