Description
I cultivate a holistic approach to therapy that honours the dignity and uniqueness of each person. Therapy can be a space for healing—whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or life transitions—as well as a safe place to consider growth, purpose, and new beginnings. In our work together, we might explore emotional experiences, thought patterns, bodily awareness, mindfulness, self-compassion, self-identity, and the impact of past experiences—all at your own pace.
