Description

I work with individuals navigating betrayal trauma, childhood wounds, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. If you feel stuck in painful patterns or overwhelmed by your emotions, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening and why. My approach is warm, honest, and grounded in proven therapies that help you feel heard and safe. I’m direct but compassionate, and I believe growth can include moments of laughter too. Reaching out is hard, I’ll guide you through it.
