Elif holds a master’s degree in counselling psychology and is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in a trauma-informed, self-reflective and person-centered philosophy, where she prioritizes creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for her clients to collaboratively explore their mental health concerns. She is proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities such as TF-CBT , CBT, DBT.
