Welcome to Cassandra Reid RD & Associates...Registered Dietitians in Toronto offering personal nutrition counselling services virtually. This works very well virtually and you will receive a detailed summary at the end of each visit. We will help you regain or optimize your health or help symptoms of medical issues, lose weight and keep it off or gain weight...this is about you and what you need. Family medicine (all ages & stages), nutrition, exercise and psychology coming together is our philosophy. We are a core team of Registered Dietitians who work with extended interdisciplinary teams.
