I believe in walking alongside you as you navigate life’s complexities. Recognizing we all come from diverse backgrounds and everyone’s journey is unique, I believe in a collaborative approach integrating trauma informed, strength-based therapy and tangible tools and resources that aid in your healing process. I enjoy using mindfulness, nervous system regulation techniques, and building on the strengths within you.
