Description

I work with people that often describe being stuck in negative experiences, triggered and/or reminded by the pains of trauma. More specifically struggling with a negative image or thoughts of themselves, being thrown by intense emotions and/or uncomfortable body symptoms. Through psychoeducation, mindfulness, ego state therapy we move toward building compassion of self and an ability to then work through the memories of trauma using eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (emdr) in order to move toward peace. A whole sense of self and less disturbance from the past.
