I am a Registered Social Worker (MSW) providing virtual psychotherapy to adults (+17) across Ontario. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, chronic stress, chronic pain, tinnitus, and troubling life transitions. I also work with women navigating stress related to hormonal changes, fertility, divorce, caregiving, and aging. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, drawing from CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness.
