Hey there, my name is Mirlande. I'm a social worker and a therapist. I use a mixture of methods to help you explore your roots and desires in life. I provide tools and knowledge to help you gain insight into becoming the best version of yourself.

As an adoptee raised in a small town with many people who didn't look like me, it took me some time to understand the person I identify with today. If you've been continuously told a story about yourself, sometimes you start to believe it. 

I help youth and adults break through the pain and build their resilience.
