Provider information
Description
I am a Registered Master of Social Work and PhD Candidate with over a decade of experience providing counseling and therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, and youth. My practice is grounded in a holistic, Afrocentric, and Indigenous-informed approach that addresses the bio-psycho-social-spiritual needs of clients. I work from a decolonizing lens, recognizing not only the internal experiences of individuals but also the external systemic and societal factors that influence mental health and wellness.
