At You First Counseling Services, we provide compassionate, culturally sensitive mental health and wellness support for youth, individuals, couples, and families, starting from age 10. Offering in-person, video, and telephone sessions, our trained team includes two social workers and two child and youth workers, skilled in working with diverse populations, including Indigenous communities. We prioritize culturally supportive care, drawing on specialized training to meet unique needs while fostering growth, healing, and resilience.
